Executive Summary

1. US MW PREMIUM UPDATE. MW P1020 firms up to... cent/lb, discounts under journalistic references narrow slightly. Downside seen very limited, with risks skewed to the upside. (From February 24).

2. EUROPEAN BILLET UPDATE. Regional spot billet demand still active as virus outbreak impact seems minimal for now. Premiums unchanged as oversupply lingers. (From February 28).
