Executive Summary

1. US MW PREMIUM ALERT. MW premium falls below... cent/lb, embedded duty falls below 1 cent/lb. (From May 11).

2. US BILLET ALERT. US extrusion/billet demand collapses as much as 60%; gradual recovery seen from June on (From May 11).

3. NORTH AMERICA PFA ALERT. Number of PFA tee suppliers in the North American market has doubled from 3 to 6 over the last three years. Some US auto restarts have been impacted by Mexico’s delays (From May 15).
