Started in 1995 as an aluminum industry analyst. In 2007, founded HARBOR Aluminum and became Managing Director of Market Intelligence and Industry Consulting. Jorge is advisor to the world's largest aluminum upstream and downstream companies on topics related to aluminum market intelligence, trade, prices, procurement/marketing strategy, and industry competitiveness. He has become the world’s most sought-after aluminum expert for legal disputes, arbitration cases, and government hearings. Mr. Vazquez has been advisor to the US Senate (Carl Levin and John McCain), US Department of Justice, US Department of Commerce, US Department of Defense, US International Trade Commission and the Canadian Trade Tribunal on matters related to the aluminum industry. Jorge is the only aluminum market expert that has ever been invited to testify on matters related to the aluminum market before the US Senate.

Started in 1969 as an aluminium scrap buyer and trader for US Reduction. In 1975, joined Salomon Brothers/Philipp Brothers as a Senior Vice President of Trading in all nonferrous metals. In 1993, joined a NY/Russian based trading company, as Senior Vice President of Aluminium Trading. In 1996, became Vice President of Alcoa Materials Management (metal purchasing and trading). In 2013, joined HARBOR as Senior Consultant.

Tom began his career as a process engineer in aluminium smelting. He later moved into metallurgical support of aluminium casthouse products, including process management of high purity and super high purity operations at Alcoa. Later, Tom became the Marketing Manager for Alcoa’s defense business unit. He spent his remaining years as Strategic Marketing Director of Alcoa Materials Management in Knoxville, TN. He also served on the Aluminium Association’s statistics committee and as board member of the Aluminum Extruders Council. Joined HARBOR in March 2017.

Started in 2001 as macroeconomic analyst for HARBOR Intelligence. In 2006, became an aluminum analyst for HARBOR Aluminum. In 2007, became co-editor of HARBOR's publications: Aluminium Market and Price & Premiums Outlook. In 2010, became Vice President of Aluminium Industry Analysis (scrap and primary aluminium markets).

Started his career in 2006 as a financial planning analyst for Alcoa. In 2008, became commercial liaison for Latin America for Alcoa's Flat Rolled Products Group. In 2011, became marketing analyst for Alcoa's Material Management Group. In 2014, joined HARBOR as Senior Aluminium Trade Analyst (slab, billet, PFA, WR and P1020).
